Each artisan was provided with a comprehensive Tool Kit, specially curated to meet the practical requirements of their craft. These tool kits included essential instruments and equipment used in the processing, weaving, and finishing of natural fibre products such as jute, hemp, banana fibre, sabai grass, and others commonly found in the region.

The organization envisions building a strong ecosystem where artisans thrive as skilled professionals and entrepreneurs, contributing meaningfully to the local and global handicrafts economy.
